  • Product Features Summary
    1. The opening time is long, and the glue dispensing on the metal has a suitable operating time, and the strength is very high. It is used to decorate the metal sheet on the side of the mobile phone. Test method: 1.2m drum * 300 flip, 8830 flip 280 times. Applied to bond the side frame of the mobile phone and bond the battery cover of the mobile phone.

    2. The metal or plastic middle frame is bonded to the front screen. Suitable for small needle narrow bezels, camera decorative parts, no wire drawing. Suitable for spraying glue. Keep pressure for 30-50 minutes. Good thermal stability, with a viscosity increase of less than 20% at 120 degrees for 6 hours.

    3. The initial strength is high, and the strength can reach 60% in two hours, and the final strength is high.
    Can be applied to bonding of mobile phone TP screen. Suitable for bonding of plastics and metals with deformation, the glue force within 1-2 hours can resist the deformation force of the substrate.

    4. The opening time is moderate, the glue line is smooth, the light-shading effect is good, the OD value is about 4.5, and the bonding strength is high. You can use 26-28-digit needle dispensing, and after dispensing, you can test the light shading, without shrinking or collapse. It can be used continuously for 8 hours, suitable for camera round hole dispensing.

    5. Long opening time, the final intensity is high. Suitable for larger workpieces with complex dispensing paths.
