Suitable for double stations and tracked wires

One-component moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive does not contain any solvents and volatiles, has a short positioning time, strong colloid after curing, and excellent high and low temperature resistance, and is suitable for bonding between plastics/metals/glass. It can be used to bond refrigerator columns to silk-print glass, microwave oven shells and glass panels and other products.
 
The workplace requires clean, tidy, ventilated and good lighting. The temperature of the workplace is 7-41℃ and the humidity is 30-80%. Preheating is required when the room temperature is below 18°C.
 
Before applying glue, the workpiece should be inspected first. The qualified workpiece should be placed in the designated position of the workbench as required to ensure that the door frame and glass surface are free of dust, oil, water stains, or damage. If there is oil stains and low-temperature condensation mist, it must be removed before applying glue.
Glue application amount: 10~13g/meter, the width after glue is 6-8mm, the center of the glue is 8-12mm away from the edge, after pressing, the width of the glue strip is about 10~20mm, and the thickness of the glue layer is about 0.6~0.8mm.

Base material

The surface of the substrate should be free of oil, dust, plasticizer, mold release agent and other contaminants to ensure that the surface is clean and dry, and the dyne value should be ≥38.
Substrates with dyne value <38 can be mass-produced if they can pass the test and have been repeatedly verified.
If the substrate with a dyne value is less than 38, if it cannot pass the test, try to pretreat the substrate and then bond the test.

Shut down and maintain
 
For medium and short-term shutdown (<4 days), it is recommended to use butter at the nozzle and seal it with aluminum foil tape; if the machine is shut down for a long time (>4 days), it is recommended to use hot melt cleaning agent to clean the equipment from the cylinder to the nozzle.
Assembly and pressing
 
After the glue is applied, the glass should be bonded to the glue frame immediately, and it can also be left to dry for a certain period of time, but it must be bonded within a certain period of time (20℃-35℃ degrees Celsius ≤1min, 6℃-20℃≤1min, and the bonding can achieve better bonding effect immediately after glue).
 
The pressing time is ≥10s, the air pressure is > 0.4MPa, the pressing equipment surface must be closely fitted with the glass surface. If there are uneven glue frames, the pressing time must be increased as appropriate.
The specific pressing time can be increased according to actual conditions.
