Technical requirements for headlights

Hard requirements
  • The appearance is uniform in color, no particles, no powders, foreign objects, etc.
  • After applying glue, the airtightness test can be performed in a short time.
  • The strength is high, water resistance and durability are good, and
  • the hardness of deep curing fast adhesive films such as gasoline and cleaning agents. The high temperature and creep
  • resistance cannot affect the anti-fog paint .
 
Operational requirements
 
  • The thermal stability is good. The stable glue output amount
  • and the odor greatly affects the comfort of workers.
  • The high viscosity is high, the leveling effect of the glue coating is poor, and the
  • low viscosity is affected. The glue is easy to overflow.
