Covering PUR technical requirements

Hard requirements
 
  • The surface must not have particles, bubbles, depressions, rebounds, orange peels and other defects.
  • The strength and durability are good. The temperature and humidity changes must not be degreased.
  • The wood veneer must not be covered with no rebound, glue-free, or bubbling over UV, and
  • the window profile must be covered with window profiles. The strength is >2.5N/mm.

Operational requirements

  • . The initial viscosity is sufficient. When the wood veneer is coated and discharged, it can be broken directly.

Surface requirements and related treatments of substrates

Aluminum alloy:
The dyne value is generally between 32-40, with good adhesion and fast heat dissipation.
Plastic steel:
The dyne value is between 30+ and the bonding force is better.
 
Wall panel:
The bonding force is better at 32+, and the bonding becomes worse due to the decrease in the Dain value.
 
Solid wood:
The dyne value is high, and the porous material is easy to bond. The moisture content of solid wood can also affect strength.
 
Special substrates with dyne values ​​below 30 will cause substrate degumming and need to be equipped with an affinity agent.

Related requirements for membrane materials

PVC film: The film is divided into summer and winter. If the customer's conditions allow, what film can be used in which season. During use, the temperature of the blast gun can be higher, and the hard wheel can be used for repression.
Melamine paper film: The film is paper, very thin and easy to break. The temperature of the blast gun should not be too high during use. (It is easy to penetrate the bottom) Try not to use a hard wheel for repression.
Wooden lilac film: The film is brittle and easy to break. During use, the temperature of the blast gun should not be too high. If the temperature is too high, the film will discolor and crack will occur during pressing. The temperature is controlled according to the master's experience.
